Champion Alter Hearthrug Stewart Angelwings
Stewie is a black classic tabby boy, born March 2009. He did his first show at 13 weeks old; the judge said he was very promising, and at his second show he won Best In Variety. He is a beautiful warm brown colour and a very large boy; I'm excited to see how he does on the show bench.
Stewie is named for a very special boy - Kassaro Stewart, who was owned by my friends Belinda and Laura. (His more famous sister at home is Kassaro Gypsy Moth, Neuter of the Year of 2006.) In 2008 Stewart got cancer and, after some months, sadly died - the week before his namesake was born. He was 7. He was a black classic tabby, so when Tia had a boy of the same colour, I was proud to name him in honour of Stewart.

Milton Keynes, May 14 2010: 6 x Best of Colour, 6 x Best of Breed. Made all 6 finals. Placed first, second, second and third in All Breed Finals. Won two Speciality Finals (longhair). Scored 1370 points and became Grand Champion Alter. Well done Stewie!
